We are revealing the names of Russian citizens who educated Moldovans near Banja Luka: Did Wagner member Andrei Becker have the help of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Srpska?

Andrei Beker, born 05.03.1981. in Russia, Sergey Moskvin, born 17.07.1953. in Russia, Sergey Solovich, born 27.02.1988. in Russia, Vladimir Vildiaev, born 15.08.1977. in Russia, Aleksandr Volkhonskiy, born 02.06.1988. in Russia, Vladimir Vildiaev, born 15.08.1977. in Russia, Aleksandr Volkhonskiy, born 02.06. in Russia. In Russia, Danila Russu, born 22.03.2002. and Georgiy Bubnov, born 08.12.1971. were part of a group of Russian citizens who were “theoretically” training a group of about twenty Moldovan citizens in the vicinity of Banja Luka, Istraga.ba learns.

They came to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina from June to October this year. They did not stay for more than seven days in a row. They never arrived in the same group. They entered BiH from Serbia and, after landing at Belgrade airport, took a plane via Istanbul to Sarajevo. With the help of the authorities of Republika Srpska, according to the Istraga, they were transferred to the area of Banja Luka, where they occasionally taught Moldovan citizens how to break up demonstrations or how to organise them. The premises were provided by the RS authorities.

Russian nationals entered Bosnia and Herzegovina with their children for camouflage reasons, so that the final list included a total of 11 Russian nationals.

According to the security services, there was no military training, only a few lectures.

Let us recall that the Moldovan service had previously reported that pro-Russian Moldovan citizens had received Wagner training in Serbia and BiH on the eve of the presidential elections and the referendum on the country’s further approximation to the EU. However, there was no military training. The BiH security services have registered Russian citizens who have occasionally come to BiH. The Moldovans reported that Russian citizens Konstantin Goloskokov and Mikhail Potepkin, who is under international sanctions, were among the coordinators of these actions. Potepkin was directly linked to Yevgeny Priozhin, the founder of Wagner, who “mysteriously” died in a plane crash after rebelling against Putin. Potepkin was also linked to the Russian organisation “FERMA”, which was involved in financing and organising destabilising protest actions in the Republic of Moldova in 2023. He is currently responsible for the implementation of malign influence campaigns worldwide within the “AKSON” entity.

However, Potepkin did not enter Bosnia and Herzegovina during the disputed period. The most well-known name among the Russian citizens who entered Bosnia and Herzegovina between June and October was that of Andrei Beker, who entered Bosnia and Herzegovina with a Russian passport stating that he was born on 5 March 1981.

As the photographs are still being analysed, it cannot be confirmed with certainty that this is the same Andrei Beker who is in the database of the Ukrainian security services. For example, Andrei Olegovich Beker, whom the Ukrainians consider to be a member of the Wagner paramilitary formation, was born in 1971, while the Andrei Beker who entered Bosnia and Herzegovina is ten years younger.

It should be remembered, however, that the Wagners work closely with Russian intelligence, so changes to passports should not be a problem when it comes to personal details./Istraga.ba/
