Three main lies of Russia. How Putin is trying to disrupt the supply of weapons to Ukraine from the West

"Russia has felt the pain point, the pressure on which is causing phantom pain in parts of society in our partners in the West. The goal is to disrupt the arms supply to Ukraine. There is only one way to avoid it."

Supplying weapons and testing the trust of Western partners sometimes require seemingly incompatible things: transparency and military secrecy.
With the help of its information-psychological special operations (IPSO), Russia has already felt the pain point, the pressure of which is causing phantom pain in parts of the society of our partners in the West. The goal is to disrupt the delivery of weapons to Ukraine or slow them down as much as possible for the period of the summer military campaign.

The information-psychological special operations launched by the Russian Federation in the West are the following misinformation:
- "Corruption", they say, "Ukrainians can sell western weapons to Syrians".
- "Nepotism," they say, "leads their people into plans with weapons."
- The inefficiency of the state apparatus, they say, "Ukrainians cannot control the arms trade, and modern Western models can end up on the shadow market."

How can Ukraine counter this disinformation?

Few people understand that weapons "from wheels" go to the army and it is clearly not enough to "speculate" about them, especially since they are given to us for free and cannot be subject to corruption. But tracking arms shipments live on YouTube is not a good idea. Even to clear one's doubts.

But the creation of a specialized structure in the form of the Defense Procurement Agency under the political responsibility of the Memorandum of Understanding is fully justified. It is something like Ukrspecimport similar to Ukrspecexportom.

Our Agency will be created in accordance with NATO management standards: NSPA (NATO Support and Procurement Agency), which has anti-corruption protection measures. The agency will be led by Denys Sharapov, the deputy of Oleksiy Reznikov, who has experience working in Ukroboronprom and Ukroboronservice.
