ORM offers two new services to increase the productivity and competitiveness of Macedonian companies

The Organization of Employers of Macedonia (ORM) promoted two new services: Educational Training Platform and Competitive Salary. The first of the two services of ORM is a digital educational training platform that enables upgrading the knowledge and skills of employees in companies, and thus their productivity, through free courses, as well as one-day and three-day trainings that can be followed online through the portal etp-orm.org.mk

So far, three trainings have been placed on this e-platform of ORM, in the field of safety and health at work, protection from harassment at work and labor legislation and its implementation, as well as a free webinar on active measures and protocols to prevent spread of Covid-19. Depending on the interest and needs of the members of the organization, it is planned that this e-platform will be constantly updated with new educational modules and contents.

Through the second service - Competitive Salary, ORM enables companies to obtain relevant information on salary levels and other remuneration of employees and managers in different jobs, profiles and positions and to compare the salaries of their employees in specific jobs and positions. Such information will enable employers to create effective strategies for rewarding employees in their companies, for retaining competent workers and attracting new ones, as well as insight into how their companies are positioned in the labor market in relation to the competition and other companies in different branches and sectors.

In this way, we actually offer what we constantly strive for and consider to be one of the basic preconditions for real and sustainable business growth, and thus the salaries and living standards of employees, "said the president of the Organization of Employers of Macedonia. , Vladanka Trajkoska.

In order to stimulate the use of these services, ORM provides special benefits for the members of the organization and also invites employers to access and use these services. ORM is the only representative organization of employers from the private sector, which represents the interests of more than 1,996 companies with over 60,000 employees in the tripartite social dialogue with the unions and the Government. The focus of the ORM is all topics of interest to employers related to education, safety and health at work, labor and social legislation, taxation, investment, lending, infrastructure, social responsibility and other areas.

Both ORM services are supported through the project "Strengthening Social Dialogue", implemented by the International Labor Organization, with financial support from the European Union.
