Jakšić-Stojanović and Raičević visited the reconstructed Primary School "Srbija" and Primary School "Jugoslavia"

The works were contracted by the Ministry of Energy, through the project "Improvement of Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings" which is being implemented with the German KfW bank, and are part of a contract worth 9,637,779.58 euros, which, in addition to these two schools, also includes the Gymnasium and the Primary School "Lovćenski partizanski odred" from Cetinje.

The adaptation included works on replacing the facade locksmithing, replacing electrical installations, hydrotechnical installations and mechanical installations. The facade of the buildings and the replacement of the roof covering were completed.

In addition, in accordance with the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Municipality and the relevant ministry on the implementation of priority projects in the field of educational infrastructure, the Bar local government is implementing procedures for the preparation of project-technical documentation and the commencement of works on the reconstruction and modernization of the interior of the gymnasiums of these two schools.

Minister Jakšić-Stojanović and the Mayor of the Municipality Raičević expressed their satisfaction with the fact that Bar elementary school students are receiving facilities in accordance with the most modern European standards, and emphasized that this is one of the proofs of successful interdepartmental cooperation on the basis of which the laying of the foundation stone for the new kindergarten in Bar is expected in the coming days, the start of works on the roof of the central kindergarten and the kindergarten in Šušanj, the roof of the building of the Primary School "Mexico", as well as many other projects in the area of improving school infrastructure with the aim of creating better conditions for the growth of children and raising the level of quality of education.
