Valuable donation from UNHCR to the Ministry of Internal Affairs

The donation to the Ministry of Interior consists of four kits for collecting biometric data
 
The Minister of Internal Affairs (MUP) Filip Adžić received today Žan-Ivo Bušardi, head of the UNHCR representative office in Montenegro. On that occasion, the UNHCR office in Montenegro handed over a valuable donation to the MUP, consisting of four kits for collecting biometric data.
 
As announced by the department, the meeting was attended by acting Director General of the Directorate for European Affairs, International Cooperation and Support Programs, Sergej Muchalica, Acting. the director of the Directorate for Administrative Affairs, Citizenship and Foreigners, Radovan Popović and UNHCR's External Relations Officer Mensur Bajramspahić.
 
 
"The meeting was an opportunity for the UNHCR Office in Montenegro to hand over a valuable donation to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which consists of four sets for collecting biometric data (photographs, digitized signature and fingerprints), and for the purpose of more expeditious registration of foreigners seeking international protection in Montenegro", said the Ministry of Interior.
 
As stated, the interlocutors expressed their satisfaction with the successful cooperation so far and expressed the hope that it will continue in the future.
