The U.S. donated $3.3 million worth law enforcement and special emergency EOD response equipment to Montenegro

On November 23, 2022, Ambassador Judy Rising Reinke visited Camp Zlatica to commemorate the donation of law enforcement and special emergency EOD response equipment, valued at $3,344,909, to the Police Directorate of Montenegro through the U.S. European Command’s Title 10, Section 333 program – Building Partner Capacity.

The equipment, which includes such items as Passenger Vans, EOD Robots, Night Vision Devices (NVDs), X-Ray Machines, EOD Suits, and an EOD Trailer, was partially delivered in April 2022 and the remaining equipment was delivered in October and November 2022. The donation is part of the United States’ continued support to Montenegro, as a partner and NATO ally, in its efforts to bolster its law enforcement capacity and better serve its communities.
