STARTUP CHALLENGE’ OPENED AND NAMED ‘RESTART THE ECONOMY

The realization of at least 12 new business ideas and plans is planned, as well as the strengthening and creation of entrepreneurial networks in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also in the region.

The opening ceremony of the "startup challenge" called "Restart the Economy" was held at the Youth Center in Sarajevo.

 

The project involves about 60 young people coming from 10 countries in the region and Europe, specializing in startups, entrepreneurship, small and medium enterprises, as well as the activities of local NGOs.

 

The realization of at least 12 new business ideas and plans is planned, as well as the strengthening and creation of entrepreneurial networks in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also in the region.

 

Attila Sandor, president of the MeOut Innovation Center in Budapest, which is organizing the event, called on the participants to always be one step ahead of others, especially today.

 

In addition to networking participants and presenting innovative business ideas, the idea is for ideas to be realized in a real business environment, in order to enhance economic activity and individual competencies of young economic actors.

 

The project is funded by the Visegrad Fund and the European Commission.
