Russian propaganda used personnel restructuring in the leadership of the SBU and the GPU as an excuse to recall the rocket massacre in Vinica on July 14. Initially, Russian Telegram channels began to promote the narrative that the resignations were connected to "the decision of the Western curators of Ukraine, who did not tolerate the death of their experts."

And on July 18, a new version appeared: "the resignations from the SBU and the GPU are Zelenski's revenge for the "calibration" (that's what the propagandists call the caliber attack - ed.) of the officers' house in Vinica, which was the first to attack the decision-making center."
If the strike was so precise, why did the Russian media keep silent about their "highly precise success" during July 14?

And in the "decision center" at the time of its "high-precision calibration" there are theater-psychology school-studio "Obraz", dance groups "Vertikala", "Inspiration", "Sharm-s" and "Doshkilnyk". The premises were rented by the recording studio "Inaksha", together with the DJ school of the same name. There were also: a cafe, a branch of "Privatbank", a school of martial arts "Asgard", a jiu-jitsu academy and a shoe store.
And instead of "representatives of Western countries and a large group of senior officials of the Air Force of Ukraine", 7-year-old Maksim, 8-year-old Kirilo and 4-year-old Lisa died, among others. residents of Vinica.
It is surprising, but a fact: during the 145 days of the war, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, which daily talks in Konashenkov's boring voice about the successes in the "demilitarization" of Ukraine, for some reason, for example, did not appoint at least one "struck" general of the Armed Forces.
On the other hand, the Ukrainians accurately and, most importantly, regularly hit the Russian Kutuzovs. And the weapons of the occupiers, which they call "high precision", for some reason destroy the lives of peaceful Ukrainians.
On July 18, the official representative of the Kremlin, Peskov, once again stated that "during a special military operation on Putin's order, the Russian army excludes attacks on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure."
However, according to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, only a third of the Russian missiles were actually aimed at military targets. The others targeted civilian infrastructure, which, if Peskov is to be believed, Putin forbids shooting at. There is only one conclusion: slander and lies.
It is estimated that in the total volume of direct losses of Ukraine, residential buildings have the largest share - 38 percent or 36.6 billion dollars.
As a result of the hostilities, almost 121,000 residential buildings, in which about a million Ukrainian families lived, have already been destroyed and damaged.
In second place in terms of the volume of direct losses from damage and destruction is the infrastructure with 31.3 billion dollars, of which 25.4 billion is damage to 24,000 kilometers of Ukrainian roads.
Direct losses for companies amount to at least eight billion dollars and are growing daily. Another 4.3 billion dollars are losses in the agricultural sector. Since the beginning of the war between Russia and Ukraine, at least 388 enterprises, 18 civilian airports, 779 medical institutions, 105.2 thousand passenger cars, 1,371 educational institutions, 690 kindergartens, 563 cultural and religious facilities, 23 shopping centers have been damaged, destroyed or under Russian occupation. , 28 oil warehouses.

However, in all such cases, Russia does not recognize itself as a war criminal and stubbornly uses three basic approaches to justify state terrorism against peaceful Ukrainians.

Why does Kadyrov have his own anti-aircraft defense?

On July 18, it occurred to Kadirov that it would be good to have his own anti-aircraft defense system. He explained his desire by the fact that "anything can be expected from the enemy at any moment, so we need anticipatory tactical measures".
How to connect the promises "it is easy to take Kyiv together with the NATO countries" with requests for anti-aircraft defense in the mountains? Some experts suggest that Kadyrov's logic is very easy to read.
After all, with all due respect to Chechnya, it is enough to make NATO sneeze. But in the case of internal Russian turmoil, which is quite realistic, Kadyrov wants to protect himself against a repeat of the Second Chechen War just in case. After all, at that time the carpet bombing by the Russian Air Force on the order of Putin actually burned the whole of Chechnya, which was not yet his.
Then began the service to Putin for a billion a day. Kadyrov understands well: there is Putin - there is a billion. There will be no Putin - there will be neither the "Ahmat Battalion" nor Kadyrov himself with his Chechnya. Therefore, take advantage of the moment and try to get at your disposal a maximum of means to suppress possible threats.

Similarly, in Moscow, after declassifying the bomb shelter, they decided that the warning system should be checked just in case. The last time the system sounded in the capital of Russia was probably during the war with the Germans.
So if Moscow has decided that it's time to go to war with the Germans again, and next to them with the Swedes, Poles and Anglo-Saxons who are regularly threatened with a nuclear rod, then just in case it's really worth checking if at least the warning sirens are working.
Life is changeable: someone wanted to dance the Lezginka under the Kiev chestnuts, and now he is already asking to cover the sky above him. Someone wanted to host a second victory parade on May 9, and already on July 20, just in case, they are preparing the residents of the capital to escape from airstrikes.

Council of the Russian Federation declared "doping for monsters"

And finally, the so-called Ukrainian biological weapons are difficult for propagandists to carry and it is a shame to throw them away.
On July 18, the Federation Council held another meeting of the Commission investigating the activities of American biolaboratories on the territory of Ukraine. As Commission co-chairs Kosachev and Jarova said, blood analysis of captured Ukrainian soldiers showed that they were subjected to "secret experiments" that turned them into "the most cruel monsters."
This fallacy is not even interesting to expose. After all, new colors are no longer added to the picture painted by Russian political "chemists". Moreover, they draw it for themselves. She hasn't made any impression on others for a long time.
Even Russian scientists say that they do not consider the diseases found in prisoners "atypical for Ukraine". And statements of "biological attacks" by the US are generally called hypertrophied.
Let's recall that during the invasion, the Ministry of Defense of Russia first accused Ukraine of developing biological weapons on March 6:
"During a special military operation, the facts of the urgent cleansing of the Kiev regime from traces of the military-biological program implemented and financed by the US Department of Defense were discovered."
As proof of the existence of such a program, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation published "documents" through RIA Novosti that allegedly contained instructions for the destruction of pathogenic microorganisms.

The corresponding "acts of destruction" sent by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health and signed by microbiologists from the Poltava and Kharkiv Regional Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have also been published.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said that this was allegedly done to cover the tracks.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine then called these statements disinformation and provocations, noting that "after a series of absurd statements by Russian officials about the alleged creation of a "dirty" nuclear bomb in Ukraine, the Russian disinformation machine switched to the topic of biological weapons."
Since then, she has not stopped with this topic.
There were series about Ukrainian insects, birds, bats, "bairaktars", which bring chemical death to Russians under American weapons.
There was a terrifying story about the blood of the "Slavic ethnic group" for the Germans, as well as about the readiness of "Ukrainian Nazis to carry out chemical attacks on the civilian population" in Nikolaev, Zoločiv, Severodonetsk and Rubižno.
There was an allegation that Pfizer and Moderna were involved in United States military-biological activities in Ukraine."
There were miraculous pills that turned Ukrainian fighters into universal soldiers.
There were many things with secondary, but also zero effect: from black magic for mortars to the "satanic temple of the Right Sector".
All this delusion, starting not + from March 2022, but from 2015, is being spread by Russian propaganda with "creative boredom".

"Second front" against the West

The image of a "peaceful and happy life in Ukraine freed from the Nazis" and rocket terror over the rest of the Ukrainians, according to the Kremlin's plan, should bring the negotiations closer.
Moreover, it is not worth delaying, because, as they never tire of repeating in the Kremlin, "every next Putin proposal is always worse than the previous one."
Hence the bet on the "second front" in the war with the West. His first direction was led by "General Glad". In fact, he already lost. Famine, at least on the scale planned by Putin, and, accordingly, another influx of migrants to Europe will most likely not happen.
The second direction is led by "General Hungry", which, according to the dictator's plan, should lead to mass unrest in Europe itself. This forces local politicians, who depend on voters, to be more "flexible".
A special bet on the "cold front" was placed on the "occupation of Berlin". News about the impending "apocalypse" in Germany is regularly delivered to the Russian propaganda market.
And in fact, since July 15, 70 percent of Germans support Ukraine. According to ZDF's political barometer, 70 percent of all respondents want to continue supporting Ukraine in its defense against Russian aggression, even if it means higher energy prices. The percentage of support is very clearly expressed among supporters of the main political forces in Germany: "Greens" (95 percent), SPD (83 percent), CDU/CSU (76 percent) and SDP (69 percent).
Another sociological survey by Deutschlandtrend confirms that 61 percent of respondents agree with the application of EU sanctions, even if they will be linked to difficulties in energy supply.
And 59 percent of the survey participants expressed support for restrictive measures against Moscow, even if they lead to a worsening of the situation of German companies (against – 33 percent), and 57 percent - if as a result electricity prices and living costs are generally increased by 38 percent.
And these percentages clearly prove that, just as Putin once made a mistake with the Ukrainians, who, according to his belief, are asleep and can be seen on the maps of United Russia, he is now wrong with the Europeans as well.
The vast majority of them are not "full of fools" (as Putin thinks they are) and they perfectly understand that the Russian dictator resorted to blackmail with hunger and cold not because of the success of the war in Ukraine, but because of its failure.
