Promised land for ideological emigrants: Russia welcomes all Putin supporters of the world

In the application for temporary residence in Russia, which should eventually lead to permanent residence and obtaining citizenship, citizens of European and other decadent countries should state that they rejected the policies of their countries, which "aim to impose destructive neoliberal ideals on people that are contrary to traditional Russian spiritual and moral values".

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree last week titled "On Providing Humanitarian Support to Individuals Who Share Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values." The Kremlin generously offers citizens of foreign countries who wish to "escape neoliberal ideals" the opportunity to relocate to Russia. These ideological emigrants will have several advantages compared to others; they will not have to prove their knowledge of the Russian language or their familiarity with the history and basic laws of the Russian Federation.

A haven for traditionalists
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to prepare in the near future a list of countries that allegedly impose "unhealthy attitudes" and "destructive neoliberal ideological guidelines" on their residents. According to the words of political scientist Aleksandar Nemtsov, that list will most likely include "the countries of the European Union and the West as a whole", more precisely all countries that recognize equality for the LGBT population.
Unlike the decadent West, which indulged in some novelties, Russia sticks to old, proven, traditional values, which is why it declared the LGBT movement extremist and prohibited by law any advocacy for the rights of sexual minorities. As Nemtsov says, "the purpose of the directive is to create a movement of immigrants from European countries to Russia", it provides support for families moving "from enemy countries".
The Russian regime media enthusiastically welcomes Putin's latest decree and expects a large influx of foreigners who are sick of watching Pride Parades, listening to the glorification of individual freedom and putting up with same-sex couples who adopt children. Putin's close associate Aleksandar Asafov coldly explains that "there really are people in enemy countries who are persecuted because of their adherence to traditional spiritual and moral values." Asafov magnanimously says that "traditional values are not exclusively Russian: they are, for example, adhered to by adherents of all traditional faiths", which is why they are subjected to repression in the West.

Issuance of the Decree

The possibility of issuing such a decree was hinted at as early as the end of March, when a document summarizing the conclusions of the 25th Congress of the World Russian People's Assembly was adopted at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow. This document announced that the "influx of migrants who do not speak Russian and lack an appropriate understanding of Russian history and culture" would be halted, while emphasizing the "relocation of foreign highly qualified specialists, scientists, investors, and their family members who are loyal to Russia and willing to undergo linguistic and cultural integration."
The head of the World Russian People's Assembly is Patriarch Kirill, and it includes the highest representatives of the state, including President Putin, leaders of various pro-government associations, heads of traditional religious communities, delegates of the Russian diaspora, and representatives of the academic world. It is an organization that provides ideological guidance to Russian society, serving as a kind of substitute for the defunct Central Committee.
Putin's decree opening the door to Western emigrants does not refer to this document, but refers to another presidential decree from November 2022 - "On the Adoption of the Basics of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values". There, the mass murderer from the Kremlin stated what these values are: patriotism, a strong family, priority of the spiritual over the material, historical memory, service to the motherland and responsibility for its destiny, high moral ideals, creative work, the unity of the people of Russia and the like.

Desperation from Russian Colony

Putin's decree from Frisia is good news for all native Russian colonists, they finally have something to be happy about. When Russia launched its invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Putinophiles' hearts leapt with joy. For decades, they waited for their hour to come, for the Russian Khazjain to start a final showdown with the Western world, to overthrow the international order, introduce the law of the jungle and thus create the conditions for the continuation of the war campaigns in the Balkans that began in the nineties of the last century.

However, events did not go exactly as planned. The three-day special operation dragged on, it has been going on for two and a half years, with no hope that it will end soon. The Russian army is far from conquering Berlin, London, Paris and other European capitals. Waiting for Russian troops to break out on the Danube and turn Serbia into a Russian governorate turned out to be a futile task.
To make matters worse, not only did Russia not conquer Ukraine with a blitzkrieg and continue its conquest to the west, but the Ukrainian army entered Russia and conquered a good part of the Kursk region in record time. Earlier, at least Russian politicians threatened to drop an atomic bomb on enemy countries in such a case, but now they have not even dared to threaten with a nuclear arsenal. The Russian colonists were overwhelmed by a heavy despair with hints of hopelessness, they were permeated by a deep sense of meaninglessness from which there is no defense. During that time, the evil Westerners continue to undermine the Serbian national identity, to divide the Serbian people and to spread decadent influences. Awe and horror.

Light from the East

Fortunately, Putin came up with a life-saving solution. When the Russian army is already unable to reach its supporters in the West and free them from the unbearable burden of freedom, the possibility has been created for Putinophiles to move to the promised land and thus realize their dream. What would the popular proverb say: When Muhammad won't go to the hill, then Muhammad will go to the hill.
The whining about the evil, decadent, rotten, failed, immoral, despiritualized West has been going on for decades, if not centuries. From the mindless media and intellectual propaganda, the reader could conclude that European countries, the United States of America and the rest of the West are the worst societies that have existed in history. All evil comes from the west, and light and salvation come from the east - this is the mantra that unites various ideological irreconcilables.
So when it's like that, when a fake democracy with fake human rights reigns in that ugly West, when there's a dark empire of fake freedom, a breeding ground of tyranny and greed, a kingdom of exploitation and repression - here's the final opportunity for everyone who has been forced to be angry. in a hostile environment to end his suffering. The land of freedom, spirituality, patriarchy, a firm hand and other traditional values has finally opened its doors wide for all who want an alternative way of life and an escape from liberal ideals.
Russia is waiting with open arms

Putin's decree enters into force on the first of September, after that date a real invasion of emigrants from western and semi-western countries is expected in motherland Russia. Let the competent services prepare in time for unprecedented crowds at airports and border crossings with Russia, because there will be a real stampede for those fleeing to the country of sanctified traditional values.
Whoever is bothered by freedom of thought and speech, respect for the dignity of the person, equality before the law, freedom of religion, property rights, prohibition of discrimination on any basis and similar Western inventions - Russia is waiting for him with open arms. In Serbia, the so-called European values are not respected, even though they are written into the Constitution, we gave up on the European path a long time ago, but even that is not enough for Putinophiles, and this little European heritage that exists in traces is too much for them.
Finally, they too will get a chance to save themselves from Western plagues and to move among their own people, where their animosity towards democracy and freedom will meet the understanding of the environment. By the way, it should be said that foreigners who have a residence permit in Russia, but have not yet received citizenship, can easily end up on the Ukrainian battlefield, because the demand for cannon fodder has increased drastically, and the supply is not too great.
Nothing for that, the Putinophiles will be honored to fight for their new homeland, even to die if necessary, defending the traditional values that the Ukrainians have given up. Be that as it may, after the first of September it will become crystal clear among the Russian colonists who is faith and who is unbelief. It is fair for a person to feel the consequences of his own beliefs on his own skin, everything else is pure hypocrisy.
