DITA PLATFORM - CATALOG OF TRAINING PROGRAMS IN THE FIELD OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION FOR WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS
Through a series of activities, the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro confirms its dedication to strengthening female entrepreneurship. Through the participation of representatives of the Chamber and women entrepreneurs in the WEgate online association, of which we are a member, we actively work to promote and connect our women entrepreneurs with other members of the network, passing on examples of good practices and services that can help strengthen entrepreneurship.
This time we present a platform whose development was helped by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program. It is about the Digital Training Atlas for industry (business) - DITA (Digital Industry Training Atlas), which maps all the training available in Europe on the subject of digital transformation. The platform features a training catalog (from master programs to weekend training) that displays programs and organizations, while a map helps end users to immediately identify and connect with the most relevant training organizations.
The DITA platform is free for users. It is also connected to European Industry 4.0 communities, serves as a means of increasing the visibility of training courses and organizations and facilitates the development of new innovative projects.
At the same time, the platform is open to all organizations that organize trainings and hubs for digital innovation that want to join it, enabling the same organizations to better promote their training offer and open the possibility to create new synergies with other European organizations.
It is important to point out that the DITA platform aims to improve access to digital transformation for women entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises led by women, create missing and improve existing skills related to digitization and digital transformation, strengthen international cooperation between training organizations and increase mobility opportunities for participants on the scene of the European digital industry. The platform can also serve as a tool for finding partners among training providers and entrepreneurs looking for new opportunities and partners for training opportunities and future projects. It is possible to include green and soft skills in the announcement.
