A project that promotes cooperation between Montenegro, Italy and Albania
The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation participates in the Governance project funded by the European Union within the Interreg IPA program for the South Adriatic (2021-2027).
The project aims to encourage the strengthening of ties between Montenegro, Italy and Albania through a common educational and cultural vision, promoting strong cooperation for an efficient training system at level V of the European Qualification Framework.
Capacity-building seminars, country-specific contextual analyzes and the final action plan will provide clear guidance on how to support the alignment of strategies and procedures within cross-border cooperation, focusing on joint strategies for smart specialization (S3) and procedures for the recognition of qualifications, in order to ensure the future launch of the education system within the V level of the European Qualification Framework.
The special goal of the project is to improve the efficiency of public administration through the promotion of legal and administrative cooperation between citizens, participants of civil societies and institutions.
