Decisions signed on financing 7 water utility projects worth almost 20 million euros
As part of the 3rd Permanent Limited Call for "Financing the Implementation of Investment Projects Relating to Smaller Parts of the Public Water Supply and Public Wastewater Drainage System" within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021-2026, worth EUR 50 million, Financing Decisions were signed for 7 water utility projects.
In addition to the previously approved 10 water utility projects with a total value (including VAT) of EUR 27.85 million, of which eligible costs amount to EUR 21.55 million and grants amount to EUR 17.24 million, financing decisions have now been made for another seven (7) projects with a total value (including VAT) of EUR 19.79 million, of which eligible costs amount to EUR 14.63 million and grants amount to EUR 11.70 million.
These are investment projects in the improvement of the public water supply, drainage and municipal wastewater treatment systems:
- Improvement of the public water supply system in the area of the city of Petrinja and the municipality of Dvor / Vode Banovine d.o.o., Petrinja;
- Reconstruction of the water supply pipeline "Rotor Sv. Rok - State Road D50" (investments in the area of the municipality of Lovinac) / Ličke vode d.o.o., Gospić;
- Drainage system of the settlement of the Municipality of Ljubešćica - Phase II / Varkom d.o.o., Varaždin;
- Drainage and water supply system of the settlement of Ljuta, Municipality of Konavle / Konavsko komunalno društvo d.o.o., Konavle;
- Brač 3 (investments in water supply and drainage in the area of Milna and Sutivan) / Water supply and drainage of Brač and Hvar d.o.o., Supetar;
- Reconstruction of the drainage and wastewater treatment system of the settlement of Bogdanovci / Water supply of the city of Vukovara d.o.o., Vukovar;
- Construction of the sewerage system in the area of the city of Grubišno Polje / Water services d.o.o., Bjelovar.
The above projects will build/reconstruct 32.8 km of water supply network, which will improve the public water supply system for around 1,260 residents, and will build/reconstruct 15.6 km of sewage network, which will improve the public drainage system for around 950 residents.
